The Tao virtues are sound and would render a beautiufl society. We must realize that virtues or feminine qualities are all decreed by men so it's only half the story. And it is my theory that that is the reason we are in such a mess. We're only living in a half-baked consciousness. If we want a whole consciousness, then we must listen to the wisdom of both male and female. But what is female today? Females have been taught solely by the patriarchy and now they are as patriarchal as males. There are many both male and female who are fed up with this silly construct and silly thinking and belief systems. I loved the discussion. It's so good to hear to-and-fro in a discussion rather than just one lone speaker.
Someone once wrote: "Women are trying to be men, and men are trying to be gods. As a result, we have shitty men, and shittier gods".
I agree, we're out of balance, but it seems to me we're slowly becoming more balanced. It's going to take awhile. In the meantime, we all do what we can.
